This page will slowly build up a collection of monochrome bird photos using a digital camera from city life. To be honest, I’m not really into wild mountains or forests. I’m not a birdwatcher, and I’m not a huge fan of nature photography. If the birds feel they are not in danger, you can approach them to within about five feet and peer into their eyes. I’m planning to snap photos of birds in the city’s nooks and crannies, one by one, in monochrome, like street photography. Taking away the color… really shows not only the birds’ shapes, but also how I feel while taking the pictures. I think I can sense a connection, not just with them, but with myself too, as we all live in the city. Of course, I know that color is super important to capture the beauty of birds perfectly. I really respect birdwatchers and all photographers, especially those with super-telephoto lenses, especially those who’ve been doing it for years. Thank you for visiting this page.
